Returns
You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, your Smart Reading Glasses must be unused, unworn, and in original packaging.

Damaged or Wrong Item
If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will send a replacement free or give full refund.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.

Non-returnable Items
Sale items or glasses that have been worn cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless item is faulty.
